Directory Policy

Faire Agency Directory is a free, independent directory of agencies that work with brands selling on Faire. Browsing, filtering and getting matched are free for brands, and no agency can buy a higher position in the directory.

We aim to keep every listing accurate and useful. Listings that become outdated, misleading or inactive are updated or removed.

Agency Listing Policy

Agencies submit their own details, and every submission is manually reviewed before it appears publicly. Nothing is published automatically.

• Listings must describe real services the agency currently delivers.
• The agency must genuinely work with Faire brands or wholesale/retail-focused ecommerce.
• Claims, results and case studies must be truthful and verifiable on request.
• Duplicate listings, resellers posing as agencies and lead-generation shells are rejected.
• We may edit descriptions for clarity, length or formatting without changing meaning.
• Agencies can request updates or removal at any time.

Reviews Policy

Reviews are never automatically published.

Every review is submitted into a pending queue and is strictly monitored and moderated by a human before it can appear. Only approved reviews affect an agency's public rating and review count.

The workflow is: submitted → pending review → verification → approved or rejected → published. We may contact the reviewer for proof of the engagement before approving or marking a review as a verified client.

• Reviews must describe a genuine, direct working relationship with the agency.
• Self-reviews and reviews by employees, founders, contractors or family are removed.
• Reviews from competitors or anyone with a conflict of interest are rejected.
• Abusive, defamatory, promotional or misleading content is not published.
• Incentivised or purchased reviews are prohibited and can result in delisting.
• Published reviews can be unpublished or deleted if new information emerges.

Verification & Badges

Badges reflect checks we have carried out — they are never sold. VERIFIED means we have confirmed the agency's identity, website and stated services. PRO indicates a deeper specialism in Faire growth work, based on the evidence provided to us.

A Verified Client badge on a review means we have independently confirmed the reviewer's engagement with that agency. Badges can be removed if the underlying evidence no longer holds.

Matching & Recommendations

Get Matched compares your stated needs, stage and budget with the services, specialisms and typical project size of listed agencies, and returns a short explained shortlist.

Recommendations are suggestions, not endorsements or guarantees of results. You should always run your own due diligence, and any contract you sign is between you and the agency.

Independence Policy

Faire Agency Directory is an independent directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Faire. Faire and related marks belong to their respective owners.

We do not accept payment for placement, ranking, badges or positive reviews. Where any commercial relationship exists in the future, it will be clearly disclosed on the page where it applies.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the directory: agency submission details, matching request details and review submissions, together with basic technical data required to prevent abuse.

Contact details submitted through matching requests are used to respond to that request and, where relevant, to introduce you to recommended agencies. Reviewer email addresses are never published.

• We do not sell personal data.
• Transactional emails are sent only in response to actions you take.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
• Data is retained only as long as needed to operate and moderate the directory.

Terms of Use

By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to scrape, copy or resell directory content, submit false information, or attempt to manipulate reviews, matching or badges.

Content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. We are not a party to any agreement between a brand and an agency and accept no liability for the outcome of an engagement. We may update these terms; the current version always applies.

Reporting & Enforcement

If a listing, review or claim looks inaccurate, misleading or manipulated, report it to hello@faireagencydirectory.com with as much detail as possible. We investigate every report.

Depending on severity, enforcement can include editing or unpublishing content, removing badges, suspending a listing, or permanently delisting an agency.
